Chinese (traditional)So we say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
What can mere mortals do to me?” So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. So we can confidently say,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear;
what can man do to me?” So we may boldly say:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” So we can say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper,
so I will have no fear.
What can mere people do to me?” So we can say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not be afraid.
What can anyone do to me?” So that with good courage we say,
“The Lord is my helper. I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” Therefore, we can say with confidence:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not be afraid.
What can anyone do to me?” For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.Next verse!With image
