Chinese (traditional)Where there is strife, there is pride,
but wisdom is found in those who take advice. Only by pride cometh contention:
but with the well advised is wisdom. By insolence comes nothing but strife,
but with those who take advice is wisdom. By pride comes nothing but strife,
But with the well-advised is wisdom. Pride leads to conflict;
those who take advice are wise. By insolence the heedless make strife,
but wisdom is with those who take advice. Pride only breeds quarrels,
but wisdom is with people who take advice. An ignorant man causes strife by his insolence,
but wisdom is found with those who take advice. Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God. Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.Next verse!With image
